Event and activation Industry has its own special needs and requirements which differ slightly from exhibition and trade show demands. Events require more of outdoor type backdrops and display stands along with promotion tables or portable podium type tables. This segment is very cost sensitive at the same time as Events may or may not be very High budget. Most stuff need not be top class unlike Trade shows and exhibitions, where exhibitors are competing for foot falls and eyeballs, in a fixed locale where many persons from same industry may be selling or publicizing identical line of product or services, whereas Events are organized for a specific company for launch of its own product and services.
